Uintah Adventure Day 3

Friday we decided to let the truck sit. It certainly wasn't going anywhere. Jason went out after breakfast to put up one of his tree cameras. (For those of you who might not know, that's a motion-activated camera that you tie to a tree and leave there so you can see what animals are in the area.) The rest of us played games and took the kids for a hike. Devon did NOT want to be carried, so we were at the tail end for most of it, but it was really fun. We saw a squirrel and some deer and elk tracks. That got the kids really excited. Ashley was sure we were sneaking up on an animal! :) Roger and Brittany made it up, and we were all especially excited to see the new mommy-to-be. I'm hoping for another little boy. They are still a little out-numbered. Of course, Cadence would probably like to have a girl cousin closer to her age. We had some great food, great fun, and great company. I love camping!
